Anyone who withdraws from a listed casino can file a 60-second report on that casino’s page — time to payout, coin, and optionally the transaction hash.
We check the chain, not the casino
If a hash is attached, CCD queries public block explorers directly and confirms a real, confirmed transaction exists on that chain around the reported time.

Reports that pass verification get the on-chain badge and enter this feed, with a public explorer link so you can check the transaction yourself.

What “verified” means here: a real, confirmed transaction with the reported hash exists on the reported chain around the reported time. It does not identify the sender, and reported amounts are the player's own figures. Monero can't be verified this way by design (private by default), so XMR reports are never badged.
